Please join TSWRJ to work the afternoon shift at the Capital Area Food Bank (4900 Puerto Rico Ave, NE, Washington, DC), on Saturday, April 26, 1 pm - 4 pm, with an optional tour of the distribution center at 12 pm.  Make a real difference in our community by performing this important work! During our shift we will pack boxes along the motorized conveyor belt or sort food donations in the warehouse.  Going on the interesting and informative tour at noon is not required but is highly recommended.

We are limited to 30 volunteers so please register soon!  Children aged 12 and over are welcome if accompanied by an adult. Registration closes April 24 (or when we fill all the volunteer slots - it is first come, first served).

Details:
All volunteers must wear closed shoes.
Parking is available in the Volunteer Lot (follow signs).
