Hiddur Mitzvah is the commandment to beautify Jewish ritual.  Please join us for this special Shabbat gathering to help create a colorful glass mosaic that will be incorporated into mezuzot (the plural of mezuzah) for the interior doors of Temple Sinai’s new South Addition. Attendees will also have the opportunity to create a beautiful fused-glass and wood mezuzah for their own doorpost at home!

Temple members are invited to work with the Gary Rosenthal Collection—before or after the service—to create mezuzot that will beautify our new space and serve as a lasting tribute to Gary.  Attendees also may purchase kits to make a Hiddur Mitzvah mezuzah for their own homes, during the event. If you would like to make your own mezuzah, please register by Tuesday, February 13.
